Sophie Hannah has written a great psychological thriller with an unbelievable impossible start that leaves you wondering what on earth is happening and needing to read more to find out.
Beth used to have a best friend Flora. But something happened and they lost touch and haven’t seen each other for twelve years. Beth is ferrying her son to a football match near Floras new house and sees an impossible sight. Flora with her two children Thomas and Emily but they all look just the same as they did last time they were together! Beth is determined to find out what’s happening and helped by her family she starts to investigate. The plot has some good twists and turns and mostly keeps you turning pages avidly. Can recommend this book without hesitation.
