This is a question that many of us at different stages in our lives have considered - what is home? What makes a place home, is it the place itself, the people or something else entirely? Home- My Life In The Universe is aimed at young adults but, having read the first look I believe there's something for people of all ages. Mark Ballabon is a philosopher and environmentalist and uses both these skills in this story about young adults, Leah in particular, finding their way in life and attending a summer camp. He writes about lack of confidence and fear of the unknown which may be particularly relevant for young adults but certainly isn't confined to that age group. It would be great if reading this nook encourages us all, like Maia, to have a love affair with the unknown instead of fearing it. Very much looking forward to reading the rest of this book.
