Home is a lovely YA story centered around 14 year old Leah, and her quest to find herself, whilst discovering the answer to her burning question; what is home?
When she goes away to an international summer camp for three weeks, she finds the change she didn't realise she needed; new friendships; learning how to deal with conflict, and standing up for herself & what she believes in; finding her voice.

The story contains lots of positive messages that are perfect for teenagers and adults alike, to take away with them.
The author has touched on a very important topic that affects us all - the climate crisis.

I enjoyed this book, and as it's in the YA genre, it's an easy read.
I liked that the chapters were called windowns rather than chapters, and the lovely illustrations that accompaned them.
The talk of stardust, the universe, and home, gave me the inspiration to write a poem about those.
