I was intrigued by the start of the book with a method of how to kill your best friend and they popped up throughout the book. I must admit it did keep me guessing as to who was planning the deed.
The style of writing was easy to follow and the characters were believable. I found the attention to the swimmers was well written and I did feel their fear when they were all swimming some distance from the shore and certain issues arose.
I felt it was more of a page turner the further you read into the book and got to know the characters, Georgie and Bronwyn. They both lived different lives and had totally different personalities and yet they came together as friends to find out what had happened to their friend Lissa and how did she die.
The plot kept me guessing almost to the end and it had twist and turns that was unexpected. The last few chapters had me on the edge of my seat. A great finish. All in all a great book.
