Ria Taylor - or ‘Superwoman’ as those around her call her- works for ‘SafeMe’ a refuge centre for women and children who are fleeing abusive partners and parents. However, a secret from her past is about to come back to haunt her. She soon finds herself being targeted by a stalker who is determined to scare her and get vengeance. I won’t go too much further or I risk spoiling the plot. This book tackles many important issues in society, so I will give it a Trigger Warning. However, it is very clearly well researched and thought out. I found the insertion of diary entries by ‘Tanya’ shocking and often had to put the book down to process what was happening. I would really recommend reading this book!
