This book took a while to get into. It was obvious that the main character, Ria, was getting stalked, but it was unclear where the story was going for a while. It took me a while to feel invested in her as a character, too. The start of the novel mainly seemed to be concerned with her job, and financial issues.
It was easy to read, with the writing style being quite informal and colloquial at times, which eventually helped me identify with the character and her "voice".
Once I got into the novel, I did enjoy it, and there were some good twists and turns involved. I'd recommend sticking with it, especially if you like crime/thriller type novels. This would probably be a good holiday read, although obviously the subject matter is quite heavy!
