This is a very well written enjoyable novel. Lydia is an events coordinator and some of the funny escapades of the guests, woven into the book gave it extra light relief.
She grew up with Danny as their Mothers are best friends. The book tells us the story of how they have kept in touch every year but life, other partners and locations have stopped them getting together or even realising how they both actually felt for each other.
The supporting characters are most entertaining and have enough information to make them believable. The two Mothers are very funny and we would all cringe at some of their antics!
This is the first Anna Bell book I have read and am pleased to be able to recommend her to people who like this genre and others like me who do not usually read this style of books.
