I absolutely adore fantasy books, and i also loved to kill a kingdom so i automatically knew i had to buy and read this book as soon as it came out.
This book contains a great mix of potions, magic, romance and adventure, as well as being rich in story telling and worldbuilding, allowing me to almost feel as if i had been transported myself into their world. There’s multiple third person point of views, which further allow a more developed view of both the world that they lived in, as well as the characters themselves.
The plot itself was revolves around an adventure that a team of older teens had to take in order to overthrow an over worldly villain, and it explored many themes and aspects.
Overall, the most enticing aspect of this book was certainly the incredibly interesting universe that they lived in, as well as the ongoing battle between good and evil.
