I found it gripping I love Tavia and the way she uses tricks and showmanship to make people feel as though it's genuine.
Her back story of growing up a s busking Street kid really gives a great idea of how she became the way she is and how she only thought it was all fairy tales at the beginning, until she meets Wesley who gets her attention with some magic of his own. At first it shocks her which is great I'm sure we would all react that way. I found it hard to put down and I loved the affinity I felt with Tavia as if I were living the story with her. It's gripping from the beginning and has well thought out characters that have a fantastic impact I'm looking forward to reading more of the story.
