I have to admit, this book does not excite me at all. It sounds a little like an episode of a soap opera. However, I think there could be good portrayal of characters and character building throughout. I think if you enjoy contemporary books, this would be an interesting read, especially to find out what Beverley has been ignorant to whilst trying to strive for perfection.
