I really enjoyed this book, it was fast paced with a lot going on so once I started it that was it I couldn't put it down. There were plenty of interesting characters and quite a few side stories going on. We know from the start that someone from the glass lake community has been found dead but in the style of 'big little lies' we don't know who has died or what has happened until much later in the story There is also mystery surrounding a fatal car crash and the fallout from this. I like that the story is told from the perspective of several different characters which makes it really interesting. There are some very serious themes in the book but there is also a bit of humour. There were several plot twists and although I suspected certain things I didn't guess what had really happened. The book also has a look at mother-daughter relationships which is always interesting. Overall a good read that I would recommend to others.
