This book is a typical school gate drama, where there is always a top dog parent who everyone wants to be friends with, in this book that person is Beverley Franklin and her two daughters. She gives off the impression of someone who is perfect but that is not the case.
Everyone in this book have secrets to keep hidden and an agenda, Beverly was not the easiest character to relate too but the cliques and groups of parents at the school gates are totally relatable too and enjoyable.
I loved how this book kept you engaged and wondering throughout the pages and didn't give answers too early.
I liked that the chapters weren't massively long and I liked the police reports during the story.
I really loved the bright bold cover, it was so eye catching and would make me want to pick it up off the book shelf.
I love the style of writing from this author, will definitely look for get work in the future.
