This was my first book by Anna Bell and it definitely won't be my last. I was bought it as a present for Christmas and so bumped it up my reading list. I couldn't stop. I finished it in 2 and a half days, and they were 2 and a half days filled with laughter, cringing and, in some parts, yelling at the protagonist, Daisy. I loved the setting, and the idea of a digital detox - how tempting! It also made me realise how many times I pick up my phone!
This definitely a great choice for fans of Sophie Kinsella and Helen Fielding. It is filled with laugh a loud moments, relatable characters and the ever so charming, thoroughly awkwardly British male attraction. I adored every page and can't wait to read more of her stuff.
