Couldn’t put it down.
The cover of this book is captivating and intriguing. I couldn’t put this book down. It doesn’t start at the beginning of the story, starting the book at the start of a trial where you have no idea what the court case is for is different, it’s like turning on a programme half way through. Very quickly in though the story picks up and you are off.
Geo is a fascinating character and one with depth and intrigue. Being part of her best friends murder and getting away with it for a number of years but having to face her past, her ex and deal with prison, her father, best friends family and a twist at the end that you don’t see coming.
The book just jump a couple of times between when she was 16 and present day but it is easy to follow and makes sense of it all.
This is a book that keeps you reading and page turning right until the end. Loved it.
