I was slightly skeptical after seeing reading the premise of this book, as both motherhood and being a secret agent are plots of their own, and are rarely merged together. Thankfully, I was horribly working, as this book is everything I want in a story! The characters were developed, as was the plot. Like any good book, I could not put it down and even as a keen theorist I could have never predicted the many plot twists. My favourite parts were when the two characters, mother and agent, came together. It was a risky move, but it totally payed off, as this has got to be one of the most amazing, incredible books I’ve ever read. It produced some hilarious reactions, some weird laughs from me and some weird looks from relatives as I followed my reactions with “Don’t worry, you can have it next!”
