The storyline is very gripping with lots of unexpected twists and turns. As the story progressed, sometimes I thought something would happen and then suddenly the story would veer off in a completely different direction and I loved it! I did find the second half a little drawn out and a bit more predictable, however I did enjoy it and you really felt all of Zoe's anxieties and worries.
I would definitely recommend this book if you enjoy psychological thrillers with plenty of plot twists. The narrative flips between the present and the past, and also sometimes between characters. It can get a little confusing at times, though overall the story flowed really well. The character's were well written and you really got to know Zoe.
