This magnificent story has so much to unravel with its pages, it immediately caught my eye. This story is about Lily Thane and Adam Harker both with a drive for fame but when adam is found dead lily is the only one who cares about what happened to him and whether foul play was behind it or not. The details and rich descriptions in the novel make the story come alive. This is brilliantly structured storytelling, about all that it is to be human and flawed, class, friendship, family and decisions made when a person has little idea as to their consequences in the future. The cover is what drew me in the most, I particularly love how the cover correlates with the celebrity lifestyle. Two people most likely to be adam and lily are standing in front of the camera, this was a perfect way to represent your story in one picture and intrigue the buyers, this book is everything I expected it to be and more. I would love to read more of this book and indulge in this marvellous masterpiece that Laura Vaughan created.
