I always love books that are set in bookshops / main content is regarding books so I started this one with high hopes and I was not disappointed. Loveday the main character is so beautifully flawed that you instantly fall in love with her despite the negativity she is surrounded by. I thought the plot was well thought out leaving certain parts hidden until the right moment and introducing them in the right ways. The chapters are quite long but with it being only 350 ish pages you can still get through it quite quickly. I think the love story was lovely and it shows a side to flawed relationships that most people aren’t willing to discuss. The entire way through the book I was just hoping it would end happily for her. It was lovely and heart warming but dealt with some difficult topics in such a sensitive way. It was a reall lovely read
