An Irish woman, Cora, moves to London from Berlin after a nasty break up. A year later she is behind the check in desk at Heathrow Airport finding out details about her customers to try and set up the single ones. It starts of as a bit of jokey fun sticking 2 singles together in row 27 but soon becomes a bit of an obsession. Little does she know that her future Mr. Right is in that queue in front of her.
This is very well written considering the number of characters that are introduced. You learn about each person that Cora tries to set up as well as her flat mates and colleagues. It touches on the obsessions that people get when they are lonely. When they try to focus on something other than their own lives and the things missing from them.
I found myself smiling by the end and was very happy with the way the story pans out.
