Madame Burova is a 5 star read for me, I thought it was fantastic. Well done to Ruth Hogan for writing another brilliant story, I couldn't put it down and I didn't want it to finish. Based in Brighton we follow the main characters Madame Burova and a young woman named Billie. The book is set in two time periods, the 1970's and present day and during The 1970's we follow a group of characters based at a holiday park. The characters were all fantastically written I loved them all and found it so interesting to learn about them and their roles as entertainers at the holiday park. The story is magical especially around the work of Madame Burova as she helps people to see their futures and also for Billie as she goes in search of people from her past which I loved the mystery and surprises that the author weaved into the story, it was such a wonderful and beautiful book.
