Wow!!! This book exceeded my expectations. When I first started the book I expected to like it but I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did.
This book is about Max who decides to count to a million during the COVID-19 pandemic. This book incorporated the pandemic into the book very well without being cringey or insensitive.
The characters were all thought out and funny and sweet - I really loved following Max on his journey of counting to a million!!! All of the support made my heart swell too!!!
The plot was fun and fast-paced and even though this is a children's book, I, as an adult, had a lot of fun reading about Max and his adventures!!!
I would definitely recommend this to parents with children who want a fast, fun book with lovely characters and an exciting plot, which really leaves you rooting for the main character. Wonderful book.
