Having recently received a copy, I am working my way through this book, reading to my child a chapter or two each day. We are really enjoying the style of writing, and it is a good way to reflect on experiences of the last couple of years. It has also helped us to see how much our world has changed and how we are coping/adapting/hoping for the future.
We like the voice of the narrator and the easy-going style of thought and interaction. I don't think we need to finish this book to believe that it will be popular with readers of all ages. This could be a good book to have in school, to help children express their feelings and give the opportunity for discussion around daily life and anything that they are struggling with on a personal or wider level.
The cover is attractive and encourages perusal, it's great that there is a charity donation associated with purchase.
