I received a proof copy of this in a book-box, I wasn't sure what to make of it when I got it.
I had never heard of it and there was no description on the back. I took the punt and read it quite quickly actually.
I loved it. I loved the characters, I loved the whole concept. The places mentioned are so detailed that you feel that you are on that journey with Fern.
Fern is such a strong female lead, who has had so much trouble at family and home and she just wants to be accepted and find out who her mother is.
The relationship between her and her twin brother is nothing but heart-warming, like normal siblings they fight and dont always get on, but they is always there for eachother.
The concept of what they do, protecting people from their nightmares and helping people have dreams, I think is wonderful. Could you imagine that, the reason you don't have nightmares, is because there are a group of people out there who watch out for you and help you when your in need of it.
Cannot wait to see where Ferns journey goes and if they manage to save their world.
