This plot was so interesting and different. I feel like out of all the horrific stories I have read of the German camps this certain plot has been a standout to me. Exploring the horrors and abuse in such a different and realistic way. I loved the twins that they focused on and how they showed the growing divisions and effects between them, it broke my heart at times.
However my main downside was that the wording was not my piece of cake. For e.g some chapters would be really good and captivating but some would let me down. It took me quite a few breaks to finally reach the end. I think a different writing style would’ve have been better for this but to each their own. This was in general a really good story and would recommend for ww2 lovers.
