I have bought this book for our library. It is a really engaging and engrossing story about family, relationships, secrets and strength. This may look like a light read but it is not, there are serious subjects that are dealt with in a sensitive way but it was a difficult read at times especially when the abuse suffered by Naomi and Willow was referenced.
Be warned, sometimes I really didn't like the characters - perhaps a sign of a really good book when you keep reading even when this happens!
I liked how the chapters were written from different view points and how this let the reader see the story in the round and slowly be let in on the secrets that form such an important part of the plot.
Erica James' books are always really popular with our members and this one has been no exception, as soon as it has been returned it has gone straight back out again.
