Upon inspection, this book looked absolutely amazing. I bought it from a local bookstore after being drawn in by the cover and blurb however little did I know I would not have fun reading this book. The writing style was not bad because I feel that it was easy to fall into although the plot was not well developed and there wasn’t enough that was likeable about the characters. Most of the scenes were either under developed (not developed enough) or over developed (developed way too much). Some moments felt like I was reading a really boring newspaper and others felt thrilling, the scenes didn’t seem put together and there wasn’t much order although there was movement and progression. I am hoping to have another shot at one of this authors books again but I do genuinely hope that it is not as bad as this one. Do not feel discouraged because of my review because frankly, you may like it. I still recommend giving this book a shot if you wanted to but personally I would not reread it.
