Wow I really enjoyed this book and found it to be completely different from anything else I've read. It was a fairly short story but I found myself drawn in early on with the dynanic between the two sisters and read it in just two sittings.

I thought the way it's written in short, sharp chapters helped keep the story moving at a good pace and the narrative was very straight to the point. Korede is very matter of fact about things, and clearly deals well with a crisis. You can't help but feel sorry for her as she tries to break free from Ayoola's shadow, while also trying to keep an eye on her seemingly very accident prone sister! When Ayoola gets involved with a man Korede works with you can sense that their sisterly bond is going to be tested, and you wonder just how far Korede is willing to go to protect her loved ones.
