This confused me with the first few pages but once I got to the first chapter I started a get a better feel for the voices telling the story and the confusion they are experiencing. It’s a very good style of writing, really gets you inside the character without being superfluous and the story with the premature birth and deportation are really strong, it avoids being overly emotive but really gets the points across too.
