No land to light on review. This interesting book is the story of love, rather a romance, but a deep love, between a boy and a girl, their families and their child. Their story crosses borders and boundaries, oceans and lands, but is their relationship strong enough to survive.
The main characters are Syrian refugees who's romance is the focus of the story and have made a home for themselves in America. They are eagerly awaiting the imminent arrival of their first child, like all expectant parents they are happy and busy preparing for the new arrival. The husband has to return home to attend his dear father's funeral. Its at this point everything changes and both their lives change and there is a battle to be reunited.
I would definitely recommend this book to others, initially i found it hard to read but then really enjoyed the content.
