I devoured the second helping of Stacey Woods story straight after reading No Virgin. I'm a really slow reader and this book was finished in two days. The bravery of Stacey shines out and the way she develops as time goes on is amazing. I think I prefer this account to No Virgin which is saying something. The tension in this story is something else, I was constantly on the brink of tears, I had predicted the outcome but it still doesn't prepare you for it, it is a really hard punch in the guts. The only concern I have is that the ending may put some people off reporting sexual assaults. This would be a great shame to both men and women as it is already a he said she said case. I think the author is fantastic to and I cannot wait to read more of her books. It would also be wonderful if there is some form of continuation to the Stacey Woods story. I know all good things have to come to an end at some point but still I can't help thinking more would be good.
