This book has a lovely old fashioned, quality cover more suitable for a classic.
Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can find to say about this book.
Norma is a young woman suffering from hereditary hypertrichosis - her hair grows at an astonishing rate, over a metre each day. Her hair also alerts her to danger and she is hyper-sensitive to other people's health and diet etc. This sounds like a promising start to a fantasy novel however the author's fantasy about illegal baby farms, Russian mafia, lunatics, murders and suicides as well as the unnecessary introduction of innumerable minor characters just left this reader completely confused.
I persevered until the end hoping it would all become clear to me but it didn't.
Not recommended.
