By the time I'd reached the end of the first three chapters of this story I felt convinced that I wanted to get to know the characters better and to discover how they adjust to living together as they wait out the pandemic. I haven't read any of this author's previous books but my first impression is that this will be a multi-layered, character-driven story. I can imagine that even once I've turned the final page the characters will remain vivid in my memory ... to ensure that I'll find out, I've decided to use my points to claim it immediately!
