I am a big fan of myths and legends which have been passed from generation to generation, whether that be Norse mythology or Greek mythology I am always interested to learn about the different tales and traditions of different cultures and compare and contrast them. This is what initially lead me to have a read of the book as many mythology books now have tacky or unoriginal design on the front cover however this one was utterly mesmerising. The small details which are on the front cover and the colour choices really do scream out and instantly give a recollection of Greek mythology and tales which we have heard or read. Although I have read quite a few books on different mythology i did find it about hard to read at first however as I carried on reading it really did offer a fresh perspective and I was left simply wanting to learn and want more. This book is definitely a page Turner!
