A lovely light hearted diary of a modern mother . Loved the punchy humour in the day to day life of a single mum and her teenage daughter and toddler.The scenarios are what every mother has come across and Jo brings out the sense of fun that you have to accept with any toddler in tow along with the total disgust of a nonchalant teenager . The results ring true to life and you cannot help but feel for the main character Frankie her teenager Flo and the star of the show three year old Jess . There is still many more years and scenarios to go through to adulthood so hopefully there is lots of books to follow but has the world enough Jaffa cakes and Prosecco to make this happen only time will tell.
