This magnificent story has so much to unravel with its pages, it immediately caught my eye. This story is about two girls named Emily and Leah Parata, Leah has gone missing without a trace left and Emily has recently returned to look after his father, as his dementia takes over she finally discovers the secrets he relentlessly hid, for good or for bad which is where this wonderful sorry starts to unfold. This is brilliantly structured storytelling, about all that it is to be and that sometimes secrets are best left undiscovered. The cover is what drew me in the most, I particularly love how the cover correlates book, it shows suitcases that could represent Leah as everything has been left untouched. This book is everything I expected it to be and more. I would love to read more of this book and indulge in this marvellous masterpiece that Charity Norman created.
