I did enjoy this novel. Though at times I had my reservations about it. I liked the over all plot line, I thought it was well thought out and I enjoyed how it switched between the police officer, Ben and the serial killer.
At times, I felt that the background story was a bit unnecessary and took away from the main story. I also feel like the ending was kinda rushed and spent less time on the serial killer and more on the secondary sub plot which I found to be quite frustrating as I felt there needed to more on the serial.
The first 3/4 of this book was great, I really liked it and I couldn't put it down. It was last quarter where I started to become uninterested as the plots were starting to cancel each other out, instead of being one together.
