I like the idea of an eccentric woman meeting the real world for the first time when she goes off to uni. But the number of times the f-word was used in the first few pages really put me off. Most times I don't even notice foul language in stories and it does make an impact where impact is needed sometimes. But my eyes seemed drawn to its incessant use in just the first chapter. Not sure this one is my cup of tea overall.
