I fell in love with this book from the moment I received it: the cover is so cool! It is slightly rough in the turquoise part, shiny and smooth in the orange part.
'Snowflake' is a wonderful story, and the author is so talented.
The way she goes through the various changes and struggles of a family, of a new student in university, and how she made real every feeling and emotions the characters felt was marvellous.
It almost felt like I was watching a series, or knew the characters like old friends.
She made the story realistic, where the characters have their ups and lows, their issues, different way to grieve, and made the relationships the friendships, the fights and the apologies real.
This is probably the only book where it feels more like non-fiction, because of how real and close to home it feels.
I am mesmerised by how well the characters are built and were developed throughout the book.
