What a beautiful cover! I recently read The Beekeeper of Aleppo so I'd love to read this new story. I expect the same lyrical story-telling, beautiful images, tender grief, interesting people. Within just half a dozen pages I can see I'm right with the narrator eqully appreciative of her surroundings and oblivious to the needs of another person.
