I am so excited to read this book. I loved reading The Beekeeper of Aleppo from this author and I always recommend her books to other people. The only reason I have not read the book is because my aunt and cousin have both asked to read it first because they also loved The Beekeeper of Aleppo. I love this author and their writing style. I also think she tackles complicated issues such as race and class and portrays the truth of the struggles of people who suffer from these issues. Tackling and writing about these important issues, especially in the political climate of today is intriguing to me as a reader.
