This was a "Gossip Girl meets Pretty Little Liars-esque" book. Featuring the upper class, privileged characters you would expect, alongside those who defy their rules.
For me, I actually really enjoyed the exploration around the use of technology, and the desire to return to "medieval" ways. It was a clever way to explore the use of technology in today's society.
I particularly liked Chanel, thinking she was an interesting character to introduce to the novel.
I am very much excited for the sequel to this, especially as it leaves on a perfect place for a part two.
