This book had my attention from the cover alone - dark and tense. The blurb is riveting but when it said 'based on a true character' I was 100% completely sold. My only hope is that the writing is engaging and not unbearably dense which this style of book can sometimes be. I can't wait to get my hands on this though and find out what on earth happened!
