This looks set to be a dark small town thriller with many suspects and a slow unravelling of the true nature of what happened two years ago. Ruby and Harper serve as unique focal points of the story, and it will be interesting to see how their relationship develops throughout the course of the novel. The first look was well written, and I am interested to find out the mystery of the murders that have rocked this quiet town.
