Ruby has just got out of prison and returned to the scene of the crime she was accused of. Despite being in prison, she almost seems indifferent to returning. The first couple of chapters are giving off vibes to me which make me think she was innocent to begin with, but is there for revenge against the people who wrongfully put her in prison.
