slow at first ,
Having seen one of my friends had a copy of this novel, I quickly said yes to borrowing it when they had finished reading it. I was quite eager to sit and start this book as the write up on the cover made it sound great. However, having read a couple of chapters I thought I was going to be bitterly disappointed in this story as it literally dragged on. I thought it was never going to , well, get going ! But the author seems to have given themselves a kick up the bum as part way through it suddenly starts getting better, much better.
Hollow's Edge seems to the place every one wants to live. It has a swimming pool, a lovely lake area and the whole area is well kept. Neighbours get on with each other and family's become friends. One of the characters , Harper, hears the neighbours dog barking and when they investigate they find two people dead, Brandon and Fiona are dead. But is it one of the locals who has committed the crime. Does any one really know their neighbour or is one of them hiding a secret or two.
If you buy a copy of this book , give it a proper go, the story does get intriguing
