Summerland is a great war story based on truth and real people's real life experiences. War story's have always got to be very good for me to enjoy them as I don't usually like them but this book really impressed me. The book tells the story of a child refugee in the war and shows all of the struggles that children of war go through very day and shows the discrimination and bullying that happens to them.
I liked how the main character has got this place that she wants to go and she will do anything to go there.
I have recommended this book to lots of my friends and colleagues and they all liked it too.
My personal rating of this book is four out of five as it was really great but isn't really the book that I normally read.
