I will be writing a full review on my blog for this book. Overall, this was a really unique and interesting read. The idea of the plot is something that I have only ever seen once before, in The Lovely Bones, which I really struggled to read, but as this is a YA version that I was told was not as sinister, I decided to give it a go. I'm so glad that I did. That being said, it wasn't perfect. I think it was possibly a little too long and I would have liked it more if certain things hadn’t happened the way they did (a few conversations with her parents towards the end but I won’t explain anymore as I don’t want to spoil it). I also wish I’d felt more whilst reading it. I also didn’t like that there weren’t chapter numbers but that’s irrelevant to the story, so that’s had no effect on my rating. I did however like that they were twins and had that connection to make it more believable. I also like the final part with how our main character goes from the story. There's also that little snippet into future life from the point of view of her twin brother. It’s definitely worth a read, I'd recommend it to anyone who likes a story with a bit of a twist or anyone who wants to read something that's unique and different to your "typical" YA.
