I quite enjoyed "The Arc" by Tory Henwood Hoen. To be honest, I was not expecting to like it very much, as I am not into romance books. But this book very much surprised me: the characters' love story is so cute, and I was just rooting for them the whole time.
I loved how the author created amazing, multi-dimensional characters that are not "stock characters", and their relationship is truly everything I wish to have in life. When they are at the Arc, it low-key feels like a cult, but I guess that adds to the mystery of the programme. I was truly not expecting the plot twist at the end and I could have never seen it coming.
The cover is so, so pretty! The illustration is magnificent and I would not imagine Rafael and Ursula any differently. The thing that would make the cover look even better would be sprayed edges that match the gradient of the cover.
Overall, I loved this book and I recommend it if you enjoy contemporary romance.
