This Is an awakening to the harsh reality of dating life in our modern society. The irony is the the world is much more accessible to almost everyone, and modern technology allows us to interact with people all over the world with minimum risk. So you would think the statistical chances of us all meeting someone that helps fill that longing we all seem to be born with, would be a much more tactical advantage. Ironically, it seems the opposite is true and Tory henwood hoen has captured this irony, highlighted it and philosophically written a concept of dating that offers a glimpse of the future of dating when technology and mindfulness are woven. The arc seems the perfect retreat, I was envious of the week Ursula got to attend there and Ursula character was a representation almost of myself and my own ideologies. So well written that it felt like I was her and that I was there. My instant suspicion to the arc concept and promises was that, if I had handed over such a substantial fee, maybe I would convince myself of their logistics and willing accept a match based on the shame I may feel in being rejected my what is perceivably my perfect match in a life partner. As an intelligent woman, I would also be conflicted in feeling stupid into have been conned into paying for something that in all honesty, I can’t believe is feasibly possible. Sometimes perfect looks great on paper, but not in reality. And so the twists and turns begin. This is full of fabulous gems of wisdom, emotional sensitivity and compassion. Do not let the opportunity to read this pass you by.
