What gravitated me to this book was the title and the cover. The title gave a statement that made a reader question is there any art within death that is often avoided by many due to the fact of it being uncomfortable. The introduction grapples with this very idea. However as I continued with the book, the concept of death was overlooked and discussed with simple ideas which was disappointing. The characters heavily relied on the big notion of 'the art of death's, this lead to a poorly developed main characters, which is a shame. I could not read the whole book as It was far too boring and I am not planning to pick the book of either. But the author has great promise and I wish to see other books by her. And I will definitely look for more books that discuss death more openly. Openly openly openly openly openly openly openly openly openly openly.
